About Me
I am a 22-year-old software engineer, researcher, and trail runner based in Troy, NY. I've been studying machine learning specifically for four years, two of which were heavily involved in research. My main focus has been animal re-identification of Grevy's Zebras along with other conservation-based computer vision tasks. My experience is vast. Some problems I have worked with are, but not limited to: detection, segmentation, various forms of classification, embedding models, NLP, 3D reconstruction, active correlation clustering, and generative models. As far as technology goes, I have worked with many models and pretrained backbones, including DINOv3, EfficientNet, NeRFs, GNNs, CLIP, and SAM. I love research and will continue studying computer vision!
Outside my career, I've always been an outdoorsy person. I love trail running and mountaineering. I have completed my Adirondack 46 high peaks both in summer and in one winter season. I'm also a rock climber (bouldering).

Personal Life
Rensselaer Outing Club
I was an influential member in the Rensselaer Outing Club (ROC) for all four years I was at RPI. Serving as the Wall Chair for my final two years, I managed our on-campus rock wall, coordinated events, built a new rock wall website, and much more! My leadership and effort put into the club has left a significant impact for years to come. I was also a backpacking leader, actively leading fellow college students on hikes around the area.
Trail Running and Mountaineering
No matter what time of year it is, you can find me in the mountains. I have hiked all Adirondack 46 high peaks both in the summer and a single winter season! I love everything from technical scrambling to breaking trail through feet of snow to massive efforts in the summer. I have several more lists, hikes, and races I plan on tackling!
Bouldering
I have been bouldering since my freshman year of college and currently climb V7. Recently, I've been shifting my focus more towards lifting. On top of my runs, there will ALWAYS be a hobby to keep myself strong. I love to train!
